Request Account Deletion

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to privacy@bookydays.com.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. Include the email address and phone number linked to your account.
4. We may request additional verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

Deletion Timeline

After successful verification, we process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is completed.

What Will Be Deleted

• Your profile and account credentials
• Saved personal preferences
• Non-essential usage data tied to your account

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited data when required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax/accounting obligations, or to enforce our legal terms.

• Transaction and invoicing records
• Security and abuse-prevention logs
• Records required for legal compliance
