Go to bookydays.cy, browse or search services, open a business, pick a time, and confirm. You will get confirmation details for your appointment. Creating an account helps you manage upcoming bookings more easily.

Do I need an account to book?

You can explore services without signing in. An account lets you manage bookings, keep your details up to date, and book faster next time.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Yes — use your booking management options where available, or contact the business directly. Each business may set its own cancellation window (for example 24 hours before). Always check their policy when you book.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

No-show and late policies are set by each business. Review their terms when booking. If something comes up, cancel or reschedule as early as you can so the slot can go to someone else.

How do payments work?

Payment options depend on the business you book with. Some take payment at the appointment; others may request a deposit or collect payment through their own process. Bookydays shows the services and booking flow for that provider — follow the details on their page.

Is there a Bookydays app for clients?

The Bookydays client app for iPhone and Android is coming soon. Today you can book fully on bookydays.cy in your mobile browser. Business owners can already use the Bookydays Workspace apps to manage their schedule.

How do I list my business?

Create a free Workspace at workspace.bookydays.cy/register-your-business, add your services and availability, then share your booking link. You can also request a callback on the I'm Interested page if you want help getting set up.

What does Free include?

Accepted Answer

Free includes a booking page, calendar, customer list, and email reminders, with a monthly booking allowance (see Pricing for current limits). No credit card required to start. SMS reminders and higher limits are available on Starter and above.

Do SMS reminders cost extra?

Email reminders are included on Free. SMS starts on Starter (€9.90/month) and is pay-as-you-go with credits you control. You only spend what you buy.
